Prayers for Planetary Healing
The following visualizations and prayers are very powerful spiritual practices. They guide us
into feeling divine love and peace within our own hearts and souls, and then sending that
healing vibration to the whole planet and beyond. It is very helpful to invoke the presence of
the Divine Masters to bring about the highest good for the most people. Visualize this presence
especially guiding the hearts and minds of people in positions of worldly power.
It is important to note here that one can pray for world peace without being drawn into the
typical polarization that can happen around complex political issues. For instance, some well-
meaning people might take a certain stance regarding war, while other people, equally well
intentioned, may take the opposing view. When you listen closely, you realize that neither one
actually wants war, but some may see war as a necessary avenue toward keeping ultimate
peace. Others may take the view that war is never necessary, for war only creates…war. Who is
right? And is it absolute?
The beauty of prayer is, you don't need to know the answer to these questions in order to pray
effectively. Ultimately, we all want peace, whether it is immediate peace through the avoidance
of war, or peace as an outcome of stopping a very clear evil (such as with Hitler in WWII).
So, please take a moment and give a gift of peace, first to yourself and then to the world. As
you see your world in peace, may it manifest ever more clearly around you in ever-expanding
spheres until it covers the Earth. This is important for us all to do even in the best times of
peace, in order to keep the vibrations of peace and harmony as strong as possible in the world.
And when tensions increase between nations, then the world needs our love and prayers all the
more.
Visualization:
First, with reverence and devotion, prepare yourself by invoking the loving presence of God
and the Cosmic Christ to be within you and to flow through your prayers. Ask to feel the Light
of Divine Love in your heart. (It is very important to start with this reverence to the Infinite, for
then we draw on that eternal source of energy, and we don't simply drain our own auras as we
send healing energy). God is the healer, we are His willing instruments.
Next, rub your hands together vigorously to wake up the energy, and then lift the hands to a
comfortable height to send healing. Ask for this sacred healing energy to flow through your
hands so that you may lovingly serve a greater reality. Feel Light and Divine Power flowing
through you as you serve as an instrument of God's healing grace.
Visualize the Earth floating between your hands. (It is helpful to think of those beautiful photos
taken from outer space in which the atmosphere around the earth is reminiscent of an aura.)
See the aura of the Earth filled with harmony and Light. Gently move your hands in space
over the earth, sending divine healing light of God to all areas.
See the physical aspect of the planet happy and healthy. Send healing Light as you visualize
clear waters in the oceans, lakes and streams. See divine light nourishing the green plants and
trees of the earth. See life force flowing to all of the many creatures. Think of the atmosphere of
the earth to be fresh and sparkling with vitality.
Visualize light and love flowing through the many churches and spiritual paths. May the Light
of God shine forth through all religions, harmonizing their efforts and guiding many souls to
that highest Light. The true strength of America lies within the good karma of its spiritual
nature. May this spiritual nature be strengthened and clarified, and may this Light guide and
protect her.
Ask Divine Mother to bless all souls, and to give special encouragement to all good souls that
they remain strong as they strive to bring Light to those around them. May these "angels" be
ever blessed as they spread God's grace to all."

| WORLD PEACE PRAYER (c) Ian Paul Marshall There Is One Peace, One Power, One Presence that permeates and penetrates all the universe. It is a Force for Good. It is the Source of all Existence. It is alive in all things. It is an Energy available to all humanity and is present now in this very moment. I realize now that I am a pillar of Peace. I know that I am one with this Power. This Glorious Presence is the very foundation of my being. This Cosmic Energy flows through me and connects me to all humanity. I choose now to use the mighty power of my mind to create a world worthy of us all. I steer my thoughts toward Peace, Love and Co-Operation and I can see all the people of the world joined together in a Joyful Celebration of Life.
