Photos and thoughts from
Fire The Grid
A World Wide Meditation Event
July 17, 2007
Today's Participation of Fire the Grid in Fredericksburg, VA was
facilitated by Soul Fire, a business in which I am a Co-Founder.

Soul Fire Motto: Divine Spark, Eternal Flame, Light the Way!  For
me it changed to Soul Fires, Divine Sparks, Eternal Flames,
Divine Love and Grace Light the way! (when I think of the
    eternal/internal flame I say...burn, baby burn!)

Darlene Rollins from The
Earthwalk Center shares her joy
of music and sacred hymns
during the meditation hour.
Darlene's music was very
inspirational and was the
presence of the angels in
physical form.

May the eternal flames of Peace, Love, Joy and Light burn brightly upon your
heart and soul, radiating out into the world....one divine light at a time, together
we make a peaceful difference in the world!!!

Many blessings and much love,
Pamela

One of the neatest things I like about
these 1st few photos is that you can
see the red energy that was being sent
during that time.

When I took these photographs I did
not see the colors in the lens view
finder, I was so delighted when I down
loaded the photos to my computer
from my camera.

As a result of participating in this event
I feel forever changed.  Internally
there has been a shift and I feel so
calm and at peace even with some of
my issues greeting me hours later.
Thank you sweet, sweet Spirit!
When I first heard about Fire the Grid almost 2 months ago, I envisioned creating a classical 7 circuit labyrinth at Old Mill Park using sports
spray paint in the colors of yellow, orange and red.  Mother Nature had her own grand plan for the labyrinth that would be used for this event.
Just as I arrived on July 16th a thunder and lightning storm came through.  When the storms finished I had very little time of day light before the
park closed to create the labyrinth.

"Purple" became my back up "plan B", and turned out to be the perfect sized labyrinth for this event.  One of the nice things about "purple" is
that it is made from vinyl canvas which is
great for out door labyrinth walks because it repels water with grass that is wet or still has morning
dew on it, and can be easily cleaned with a sponge, soap and water.   One of the other nice things about the vinyl canvas labyrinths is that you
don't have to buy or create tarps to go underneath the labyrinth.

I placed an amethyst crystal tea light holder in the center of the labyrinth to have my fire representation in physical form since I could not have
a labyrinth in flame colors.  As I sat on this labyrinth and meditated when I reached the center I realized that the purple was the most
appropriate color for this event as it is a color representing healing, I also was reminded of the violet flame meditation as I sat with this canvas.
Fire The Grid, World Wide Group Meditation hour Greenwich Time 11:11 AM to 12:11pM, EST 7:11 to 8:11 AM.

We began the meditation in a circle with an adjoining of hearts and opening prayer; participants were asked to feel and express their joy
connecting to others on the Grid however they chose to during that hour.  Being near the Rappahannock River's edge added essence and
atmosphere of it all.  At the end my business partner Mykal and I started to chant
om and gradually the circle grew and the harmony of the voices
was so beautiful.....this called all back into the circle for closure and when it felt that om chant was finished we said a closing prayer and offered
gratitude.  It was so awesome and powerful.
