Welcome to Pamela's Concrete Labyrinth Blog

Dedicated Crew Members:
Jesse Bowles, Pamela Bowles Fillmore and Robert Ferre

Our 1st crew meal, photo taken at
Matisse, an upscale restaurant
located on the boardwalk, we ate on
the back deck to fully enjoy the ocean
atmosphere.
June 18th: Today was our travel day, Robert Ferre came from Indianapolis, Indiana in which he
was a featured Speaker at the Midwest Gathering hosted by John Ridder of
Paxworks. Jesse
Bowles and Pamela Bowles Fillmore came from Warrenton and Stafford, Virginia.

After getting settled in at our hotel
Chateau Inn & Suites, Jesse and I took a walk to Spring Lake
Beach.  Along the way we passed a church that had orange cones and dirt piles.....Jesse said
Mom, I think I know where the labyrinth is, lets go look.  Sure enough when we walked over to
St.
Andrews UMC sitting there was a blank octagon concrete pad, waiting for our crew to begin birthing
a Santa Rosa labyrinth.  On our way back from the beach, we saw Robert Ferre driving the
Labyrinth-Enterprises truck and trailer to the labyrinth site.  We stopped to assist Robert to get the
truck and trailer situated on the job site.

The photo to the immediate upper right is the view we saw from the street, the view that caught
Jesse's eye.

The graphic just below the street view is a graphic of the
Santa Rosa labyrinth pattern that is being
used for this labyrinth installation.
The photos next to the "crew" photo are a sampling of the environment and sights that we got to see as we explored
our surroundings before dinner.  The photo of the house is actually the front of the Chateau Inn & Suites, our "home
away from home" for the 1st 2 nights, we will locate to another hotel on Wednesday.  The picture of the lake is a small
view of Spring Lake, we passed this on the way to the beach.
